Raffel found his way into the event sector shortly after COVID via his freelance collective schick.standort. With the grand plan of founding his own club in Münster, he applied to the Tresor Academy for Subcultural Understanding in 2023 and moved to Berlin for the program at the beginning of this year. After three intense months of input, Raffel has taken up the position of Club Manager at Tresor.West. He is excited to share his experiences at Tresor Academy!
