Deandra Anderson
- Ebb & Flow Keg GmbH
Deandra was born in the Central Valley of California and spent her formative years in the Deep South. She completed her first-degree in International Relations and Spanish in New York City before relocating to Germany to pursue a degree in International Wine Business. Over the past decade, she has worked across various stages of the wine value chain in both Germany and the United States. Through this experience, she recognized a gap in the industry for a minimal-waste approach, leading her to co-found Ebb & Flow Keg, a circular wine distribution company. Its mission: to reimagine a minimal-waste wine supply chain - from grape to table. Since 2021, Ebb & Flow Keg has curated its own organic wine portfolio exclusively packaged in the company's reusable stainless-steel kegs. These kegs are distributed to various on-premise consumption points, including restaurants, bars, concert venues, music festivals, hotels, and more. The company operates at the intersection of multiple facets of the hospitality and beverage industries, serving as a wine portfolio curator and distributor with its own reusable packaging and wine caterer. Deandra's long-term goal is to foster greater inclusivity and diversity within the wine industry across people, packaging, and product offerings. In her leisure time, Anderson remains politically engaged and enjoys pursuits such as gardening, cooking, and playing volleyball.
