Imposter-Syndrom - was ist das? Der WILM hat nun zum zweiten Mal in fünf Jahren festgestellt, dass mehr als 80 % der Frauen in der Branche in Europa so sehr unter dem Imposter-Syndrom leiden, dass sie oft überlegen, die Branche zu verlassen. Auch viele Männer leiden unter dem Imposter Syndrom. Aber was hat es mit dem Imposter-Syndrom auf sich?
Imposter Syndrome - what is this - WILM has now for the 2nd time in five years concluded that more than 80 % women in the industry in Europe suffer from Imposter Syndrome to a degree where they are often considering leaving the industry. Many men suffer from Imposter syndrome as well. But what is Imposter syndrome about? -

Malle Kaas is based in Denmark, and has been in and out of the live event industry for over 2 decades as a sound engineer. Today she is working both on-off’s and touring nationally and internationally for bands, festivals and rental companies. In 2018 she co-founded Women In Live Music, a European organisation with focus on people working backstage. Besides being a sound engineer and leading the daily operation of WILM, Malle also finds time to freelance as a certified nurse anaesthetist around the scandinavian countries
