Paul Cheetham has more than 25 years of experience in the live music industry, working as a concert & festival promoter, venue booking manager, and event consultant for organisations such as the Mean Fiddler London, Live Nation Scandinavia, AEG Germany, Popkomm, and Reeperbahn Festival. Since 2020, Paul has produced the popular podcast, the SuperSwell which includes guests from the creative industries talking about their careers and state of the business they are in.

Evelyn Sieber represents the Reeperbahn Festival, one of the most important meeting places for the music industry worldwide and Europe's largest club festival. The annual event happening in September in Hamburg, Germany presents some 450 international artists to an audience of over 43,000 fans and 5,000 music industry professionals from 52 countries.
As Head of Sales & Partnerships, Evelyn and her team are responsible for ticketing and sponsoring as well as presenting elements such as showcases, networking meetings at Reeperbahn Festival and creating and maintaining partnerships with national and international organizations. -

I work as a Booking Agent / Promoter at Emerged Agency, an independent, internationally oriented music agency. Founded in 2015, now operating from offices in Düsseldorf, Zurich, and Berlin.
Our core territories are Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, but the roster also includes lovely artists with European or global reach.
I also work as a local promoter in Nuremberg, where I curate events in the subcultural spectrum.
