Paul Cheetham has more than 25 years of experience in the live music industry, working as a concert & festival promoter, venue booking manager, and event consultant for organisations such as the Mean Fiddler London, Live Nation Scandinavia, AEG Germany, Popkomm, and Reeperbahn Festival. Since 2020, Paul has produced the popular podcast, the SuperSwell which includes guests from the creative industries talking about their careers and state of the business they are in.

John Rostron
John Rostron is the Chief Executive of the Association of Independent Festivals, the UK's festival representative body. AIF membership has grown rapidly in recent years and now supports 150 leading independent music festivals in the UK including Notting Hill Carnival, Boardmasters, Field Maneuvers, 2000 Trees, End Of the Road, Shambala, Bloodstock, Green Gathering, Kendal Calling and Hay Festival. John Chairs the LIVE Expert Group for festivals and outdoor events and sits on the Advisory Board for Vision For Sustainable Events.
John is also on Board of Creative Wales - the Welsh Govt department for the Creative Industries. He advises on the Music Sector in Wales. -

Time freelancing in the British festival-medical scene brought him an acute awareness of the unmet health needs of touring artist & crew. Arun set up RoadieMedic to offer the touring community a single point of access to solve health issues on tour. Via RoadieMedic.com artists, agents & managers in the UK & EU can book appointments with affiliated doctors, physios & nurses with industry expertise. The goal is to make touring careers more sustainable by provide continuity of care for creatives on the road.
