Seit dem Studium hat Isabel ihr Herz an Festivals verloren und setzt sich dafür ein, die Branche nachhaltiger, fairer und innovativer zu gestalten. Nach Stationen bei der Berliner PR-Agentur Snowhite, dem lunatic, Ms Dockville und weiteren Festivals baut sie nun mit Höme ein Zuhause für Festivals, bei dem diese Themen im Mittelpunkt ihrer Arbeit stehen.
Darüber hinaus unterstützt sie als Mitbegründerin des Vereins fæmm FLINTA* vor und hinter der Bühne, schafft Netzwerke und klärt über feministische Themen auf.Since her studies, Isabel has lost her heart to festivals and is committed to making the industry more sustainable, fair and innovative. After stations at the Berlin PR agency Snowhite, lunatic Festival, Ms Dockville and other events, she now builds a home for festivals as managing director of Höme, where these topics are at the heart of her work.
In addition, as co-founder of the association fæmm, Isabel supports FLINTA* in front and behind the stage, creates networks and educates on feminist topics.
