She now works full time as Head of Sustainability in one of the world's most sustainable festivals, Øya in Oslo.

After roles in the music industry with Bertelsmann Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment and EMI Music, he served as General Manager for hotel brands such as InterContinental Hotels Group, nhow Hotels, and 25hours Hotels.
Since 2020, Dirk has been responsible for the Uber Eats Music Hall, a 4,500-capacity concert venue, for the Anschutz Entertainment Group in Berlin. -

Jana Posth
Jana Posth ist seit 2024 bei PRK DreamHaus tätig und verantwortet als Director Festivals Rock am Ring und Rock im Park. Von 2021 bis 2023 leitete sie zwei Jahre das Lollapalooza Berlin bei Live Nation. Zuvor war sie bei der Goodlive GmbH als Senior Project Managerin für Content & Creation tätig. Zwischen 2016 und 2020 arbeitete sie als Creative Producerin an internationalen Kultur- und Markenprojekten. Ihre Karriere in der Veranstaltungsbranche begann sie 2014 im Produktionsmanagement. Jana Posth studierte Philosophie und Sozialwissenschaften an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin sowie Tanz in Mannheim und war vor ihrem Einstieg in die Kultur- und Veranstaltungsbranche über fünfzehn Jahre als professionelle Tänzerin aktiv.
