Miriam Schmitt
Miriam ist als Freie Projektleiterin beim Superbloom Festival München für die Experience Area SuperBrain zuständig – der Area für Science, Technologie und Innovationen. Beim Lollapallooza Berlin betreut sie den Grünen Kiez, den Bereich für Nachhaltigkeit und soziales Engagement. Miriam hat einen Abschluss in Chinese Studies und Arts and Media Administration, beide von der FU Berlin. Als Freelancerin bewegt sie sich meist an den Schnittstellen von Festival, Event, Science & Performance.

Miriam is a Berlin based freelancer in the performing arts and creative industries. She works as a freelance project manager at the Superbloom Festival in Munich, where she is responsible for the Experience Area SuperBrain – the area dedicated to science, technology, and innovation. At Lollapalooza Berlin, she manages the Green Kiez, which focuses on sustainability and social engagement. Miriam holds a degree in Chinese Studies and Arts and Media Administration, both from FU Berlin. As a freelancer, she mainly works at the intersections of festival, event, science & performance.

Marcus ten Zijthoff
For over 15 years, Marcus has been involved in the festivals organized by Feestfabriek Alles Komt Goed in various roles, including its flagship event, Zwarte Cross: one of the largest festivals in the Netherlands, with 277,000 visitors in 2025.
Since 2014, Marcus has been working as project leader for the festivals, with a special focus on the ‘logical footprint of Feestfabriek,’ addressing sustainability projects and related topics such as nitrogen issues and the Water Framework Directive.
