Festivals sind kulturelle Ankerpunkte, wirtschaftliche Motoren und gesellschaftliche Begegnungsräume – doch ihre Finanzierung wird durch steigende Kosten zunehmend herausgefordert. Während EU-Programme wie Kreatives Europa die Kulturförderung europaweit vorantreiben, setzen nationale Initiativen wie die Initiative Musik (DE) auf gezielte Unterstützung. Welche Strukturen braucht es, um langfristig nachhaltige Ausrichtungen und damit zukunftsweisende Fördermodelle zu etablieren?
