FoF Awards 2026

The Future of Festivals Awards recognize innovative projects, products, and concepts that actively advance the festival industry. They are aimed at companies and festivals that are breaking new ground, whether through technological solutions, sustainable approaches, or future-proof business models. The aim of the awards is to highlight innovations, promote exchange, and provide a platform for ideas that will shape the next festival season.

Companies with innovative projects, apps, or services can apply, as can festivals that successfully implement groundbreaking ideas or set new standards in the industry. All submitted projects will be presented at Future of Festivals and brought to life for participants. Before the award ceremony, visitors will have the opportunity to discover, test, and evaluate the applications. The winners will then be chosen via live voting in the app directly on site. The Future of Festivals Awards 2026 will be presented on Thursday, November 26, 2026, and, together with the closing concert, will be the highlight of Future of Festivals.

Start-ups eligible for the Future of Festivals Awards are companies that have been on the market for no longer than five years and have a clear focus on innovative products, services, or business models in the festival environment. The decisive factor is the potential for scalable and sustainable growth that has an impact beyond individual projects. Start-ups can apply if their solution creates concrete added value for festivals and contributes to rethinking existing structures, processes, or experiences.
