Suse Laukert ist Teil der artevent GmbH / Pyonen. Die Pyonen veranstalten seit 1995 das Festival Nation of Gondwana in Brandenburg und betreiben derzeit drei Bars in Berlin.
Suse verantwortet die Produktionsleitung des Festivals und engagiert sich zudem im Vorstand des ImPuls Brandenburg e.V.
Seit den 2000er-Jahren organisiert sie elektronische Veranstaltungen, zunächst in der Altmark und später auch in Berlin. Neben ihrer Tätigkeit bei der artevent GmbH ist sie als DJ aktiv und verbindet so künstlerische Praxis mit ihrer Arbeit in der Kulturbranche.

Kira Taige gestaltet die Kultur- und Festivalbranche sowohl vor als auch hinter der Bühne. Seit 2024 ist sie Geschäftsführerin des Feel Festivals – jenem Ort, an dem sie vor zehn Jahren als Praktikantin ihre Laufbahn begann und seitdem die politische wie auch inhaltliche Ausrichtung maßgeblich mitgeprägt hat. Ihr Wissen und ihre Erfahrung vertiefte sie zudem in ihrer selbständigen Tätigkeit, in der sie für zahlreiche Festivals wie Bucht der Träumer*, Lollapalooza, MELT, splash!, Full Force, hier und jetzt sowie für unterschiedlichste Veranstaltungsformate von der Fashion Week bis hin zu Kunstausstellungen tätig war. Neben ihrer leitenden Rolle steht sie auch selbst auf der Bühne – als DJ, Speakerin und Moderatorin – und verbindet so ihre Leidenschaft für Musik, Austausch und Gemeinschaft.

Jan Saade ist Gründungsmitglied vom khisdapaze e.V., einem Berliner Kollektiv, das sich 2017 gegründet und seit 2021 als gemeinnütziger Verein etabliert hat. Gemeinsam mit Freund*innen verwandelt er seit Jahren vergessene Orte in lebendige Räume für Kunst, Musik und Begegnung.

Mit dem Sägewerk Festival, das 2022 zum ersten Mal stattfand und seitdem stetig gewachsen ist, schafft das Kollektiv einen Ort, an dem Subkultur, Gemeinschaft und Selbstorganisation zusammenkommen. Aktuell arbeitet Jan mit khisdapaze an der Zwischennutzung des ehemaligen Flughafen Tegel, um dort neue Perspektiven für kulturelles Schaffen zu eröffnen.

Ruth Koleva stands as an emblem of modern musical prowess and entrepreneurial spirit. Celebrated not only for her musical talents but also for her dedication to innovation and progress within the music industry, Koleva has received numerous accolades, including Grazia Magazine's Woman of the Year, Forbes 30 Under 30, and the Best Jazz Vocalist award at the JAJ Awards in Japan.

As the Head of Partnerships for Kanjian, China's largest independent music company, Ruth plays a pivotal role, bridging the gap for international entities aiming to establish themselves in the world's most expansive micro-market. Koleva's passion for her native Bulgaria and her drive to foster its music scene was evident when she launched Sofia Live Festival in 2019. This contemporary festival, spanning three days, showcases the confluence of innovation with a diverse range of artistic disciplines and genres. Its debut was met with overwhelming success, drawing an audience of over 8,000 attendees.

In 2022, Ruth further solidified her position within the Bulgarian music industry by joining the board of the Bulgarian Society for Neighboring Rights - PROPHON. The following year marked another milestone with the inception of the SoAlive music conference in Sofia, Bulgaria, which she founded and helms as CEO.

Beyond her notable professional achievements, Ruth is a dedicated advocate for equality and inclusivity. In 2013, she was among the pioneering performers to take the stage at Sofia Pride. Moreover, her commitment to the LGBTQ+ community extends to her role on the advisory board of the LGBTQ+ Single Step Foundation.

Adding to her rich portfolio, Ruth proudly serves as the president of ANMIP-BG (Association of Independent Music Publishers and Producers in Bulgaria) and board member of IMPALA, further elevating the voice of Bulgarian music on the international stage. Through her varied roles and constant endeavors, Koleva is shaping the future of music both in Bulgaria and worldwide.

Burak Özgen is Deputy General Manager at GESAC, which through its 32 members (authors' CMOs) represents more than 1.2 million creators from across the EU/EEA in the process of European law and policy making. Before GESAC, Burak undertook several roles and responsibilities at EMI Music Publishing, European Commission, and umbrella organisations in music and audiovisual sector.

Marit Posch works with artists, brands, and mission-driven ventures to turn ideas into momentum. As founder of GERMAN BULLDOZER and colorburst records, and with 20+ years in roles at Monkeytown Records (Label & Artist Management), IDOL (General Manager Germany), and melino (Business Development & Marketing), she brings deep industry insight to strategy, marketing, execution, and fundraising. Based in Berlin, she specializes in helping creative projects move forward with clarity and impact.

Alexander Kralisch is a Berlin-based music industry professional with over 20 years of experience across major live and label organizations. He began his career running clubs in Berlin in the early 2000s before joining the booking team at Melt Festival, where he curated events and led the tour promotion agency Melt Booking.

He later transitioned into the label side of the business, working in A&R at Universal Music in Berlin, Polydor Records in London, and Believe, where he served as A&R Director for the German market. His career also includes roles at Four Artists, Innervisions, and All Artists.

Today, Alexander works at GEMA, Germany’s collective management organization, where he leads projects within the performance rights department focused on transparency, traceability, and international collaboration with sister societies.

A true music nerd, bookworm, and vintage hi-fi enthusiast, Alexander brings both passion and depth to everything he does in the world of music.

Seit dem 1. Januar 2024 ist Sabine Wendt zweite Geschäftsführerin von visitBerlin. Die Tourismusexpertin arbeitet seit 2009 im Unternehmen und prägt dessen Entwicklung entscheidend mit. Sie verantwortet die Bereiche Destinationsmanagement und Unternehmensentwicklung mit Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit, Digitalisierung, Controlling sowie Kooperationen mit Bezirken und Partnern.

Daniel-Jan Girl ist ein Berliner Unternehmer und engagierter Verfechter der Nachhaltigkeitsziele der Vereinten Nationen.

Als ehemaliger Präsident der Berliner Industrie- und Handelskammer ist er seit November 2022 Vorsitzender des Vereins "Global Goals für Berlin e.V.", der darauf abzielt, Berlin bis 2035 in eine nachhaltige Metropole zu transformieren und als Vorbild für andere Städte weltweit zu etablieren.

Matthias Leonhardt ist Geschäftsführer des Berlin Event Network (BEN) – dem Branchenverband der Veranstaltungswirtschaft in Berlin und der Metropolregion. Als leidenschaftlicher Netzwerker setzt er sich für Sichtbarkeit, Austausch und starke Allianzen innerhalb der Branche und der Stadt ein. Kern seiner Arbeit ist der Aufbau kooperativer Strukturen und die strategische Weiterentwicklung Berlins zur Veranstaltungshauptstadt Europas.

Lovis Willenberg liebt Events – weil sich dort Menschen begegnen und eine einzigartige Atmosphäre entsteht. Als ehemaliger Veranstalter von Nachhaltigkeitsmessen weiß er, worauf es dabei wirklich ankommt. Heute begleitet er Teams und Organisationen dabei, neue Wege zu gehen – pragmatisch, kreativ und mit viel Erfahrung aus der Praxis. Mit Methoden wie LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® schafft er Räume, in denen Vertrauen wächst, Masken fallen und Lösungen sichtbar werden – mit Struktur, Zuversicht und Lust aufs gemeinsame Gestalten.
